|All vehicles registered in Connecticut have been issued two safety license plates.
Failure to display both front and rear plates can result in a $60.00 fine.

During the summer and fall months the Washington Resident Trooper Office patrols Lake Waramaug. The main objective for these patrols is to insure the safety of all boaters. The officers on patrol watch for operators in violation of Connecticut's General Boating Statutes including the operation of a vessel while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Remember: Children under the age of four years, weighing less than forty pounds, in a motor vehicle on the highways of this state, shall provide and require the child to use a child restraint system.
