Permits:
For Subdivisions, including Resubdivisions:The Planning Commission must also review all proposed municipal improvements and proposed revisions to the Zoning Regulations and Map. It is also responsible for the Town's Plan of Conservation and Development.
Did You Know:
- 15% open space in "equivalent" land is required for subdivision and resubdivision applications. Please consult Section 5.8.2 of the Washington Subdivision Regulations for details.
