Application Fees Must be Made Payable to the Housatonic Valley Health District. 

Starting in May, Washington's Health Department (Housatonic Valley Health District) will be open for office hours at Washington Town Hall from 9-11am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Appointments are recommended to avoid wait times (note: Land Use Offices are open 9 to 5 for application drop off or document pick up). For all health-related inquiries please email eht@hvhdct.gov.

When submitting applications to the Health Department please include a separate check for each individual application you have filled out, and when submitting applications to multiple departments simultaneously please include a separate map or diagram of the proposed construction for each department that you are applying to.
